1. Shipping is $11 flat rate as long as you live in the USA 

2. Shipping rates for international will vary by country 

3. I do allow open boxes! use code OPENBOX to subtract the shipping cost and keep your basket open. PAID Open boxes may remain open for ONE month. 

4. generally, I do not accept refunds or returns unless theres a valid reason

5. I have payment plans in the form of after pay & affirm. I no longer offer personal payment plans unless you contact me DIRECTLY and we're able to agree to terms.

6. For my live sales, I do require a $10 new customer deposit that goes directly toward your basket total! Failure to do the new customer deposit will forfeit your claims. 

7. Orders are packed once a week (Saturdays). All of those orders go out on the following Monday.
